
Krysia Carmel Nelson has been representing clients in Virginia's state and federal courts for almost 20 years. She also serves as a consultant on equine law issues to attorneys and businesses nationwide. As a member of the prestigious CJA Panel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, she has developed an unique federal appellate practice. As an Administrative Law Judge for the Virginia Supreme Court, her extensive experience in administrative law is invaluable when representing clients before agencies, professional boards, and a variety of regulatory bodies (particularly those governing equestrian sport, such as USEF and FEI).
